Academically he is a Law graduate from C.C.S. University, India and enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi.
He is an Advocate - on - Record in the Supreme Court of India.
He is a certified Mediator by Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India.
He was elected as a Member Executive in the Executive Committee of the Supreme Court Advocate - on - Record Association (SCAORA), New Delhi, India for the period 2018 - 2020.
He has extensive experience in litigation of civil, criminal and constitutional nature and legal consultation. He is an expert in extradition matters, service matters, murder matters, human rightsetc. He has successfully advocated several social causes such as jail reforms, misuse of powers by police across India. He has done several pro bono matters of grave social importance and public interest litigation and has been regularly practicing Law in the Supreme Court of India and in the various High Courts of India and also in various District Courts of Delhi.
